By Aaron Seligman, MacaroniKID Madison publisher July 11, 2023

Every week, Macaroni KID Madison shares our picks for five things to do with your kids in the Madison area. Click on the links for all the details.

This week features some recurring summer favorites like Concerts on the Square, Warner Park fun night, free preschool playgroup, open play at Breese Stevens (hint hint, win tickets to see a Forward FC Match soon), plus:

1. A Wild Rumpus. Madison parks has special play equipment based on the "AnjiPlay" approach at parks the next six weeks on Mondays

2. Double dose of David (Landau). One of our favorite kid performers has his weekly show Monday evening at the Harmony Bar and this week during the day Tuesday at the Monona Terrace.

3. Tiny Diners at Hilldale. A strolling magic performer, bubbles, and chalk should entertain kids over dinner on Wednesday (and see the full Hilldale kid dining/activity series this summer)

4. Fete de Marquette (pictured). Some of the best performers and foods and summer festivals, plus a "kids fete" area with both paid and free activities Thursday-Sunday

5. Stay active Sunday. You can get your ice cream on a boat float at Wingra, or a social ride with Trek, or walk/tour the flowers at the Pope Farms conservancy, or stroll state street for family fun day at Maxwell Street Days.
