About The Publisher: Melanie Koenig

I’m Melanie, the new publisher of Macaroni KID Madison! I’m a mom to a preschooler, wife, and longtime local content creator who loves finding fun things to do with my family.

We’re based in Baraboo, but spend plenty of time exploring the Madison area—checking out new libraries, parks, restaurants, events, and anything else that keeps us busy.

I also run Sauk County Mom Collective, where I share family-friendly things to do, local finds and resources around Sauk County. I’m excited to bring that same love of local family fun to Madison!
