For over 20 years, the Latino community has made this festival the premiere event in Madison. The day starts fun and a celebration of traditional Mexican music at Breese Stevens Field, and ends at 5pm with the reading of the proclamation, time honored El Grito,and this year, we are proud to welcome the Mexican Consulate to the festivities!
