Description
We are excited to host our 2nd Annual Cops and Bobbers fishing event!
The event will take place on Saturday April 27th, 2024 from 11am to 1pm at the channel near Emily Derer softball field. We moved the date back a week from last year to boost the probability of warmer weather!
Additionally, our event is being held on the same day as GiGi's Playhouse - Madison for Down Syndrome race event so we can show our support to them as well. So, if you're participating or showing support for GiGi's Playhouse - Madison stop over and catch some fish some fish with us!
Kids who sign up will have the opportunity to fish with officers from Monona PD & McFarland PD as well as Deputies from the DCSO and Wardens from the WI DNR.
All participants will be provided a fishing pole, bait and life jackets as well as free hot dogs, chips and water for lunch when they're done fishing.
