Description
About 30 elf doors have been hidden on Monroe Street! Can you find them? They’re in plain sight, either on the front of a building or just around the corner (plus a few in windows) in the 1600-1900 blocks or the 2500-2700 blocks. Be sure to hunt for them in the daytime, because the elves use them at night! And please don’t try to open the door, or move it from where it is. You wouldn’t want an elf to get lost!
Kids are invited to play our scavenger hunt game. Ages 2-8 need to find at least 6 doors; ages 9-18 need to find at least 10. Turn in your completed sheet for a coupon for a treat from Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream! Entry forms are at the Monroe Street Library, 1705 Monroe Street, and Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream, 2531 Monroe Street. (Please note that the library is closed Sunday and Thursday.)
Contest deadline is 5:00 on Friday, December 22.
