Your Madison Symphony and conductor Kyle Knox present Disney and Pixar’s Coco in Concert featuring an original score from Oscar®-winning composer Michael Giacchino, “Remember Me” by Oscar winners Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, and additional songs co-written by Germaine Franco and co-director and screenwriter Adrian Molina. The film won Academy Awards® for Animated Feature Film and Original Song (“Remember Me”).
Join us for free pre-concert activities starting at 4:30 p.m. including music and dance performances by the Latino Arts String Program and Cumbia Cachaca, plus enter a book giveaway hosted by Madison Reading Project and the Madison Public Library. These pre-concert activities are free and open to the public! A prelude talk with Coco in Concert conductor Kyle Knox takes place from 6:30-7:00 p.m. (free for all ticket-holders).
