- The Dane County Fair. It's four full days of fun - with a kids day 7/19 and family day 7/21 . Pro tip, our kids loved the lumberjack show, and the kids art and animal exhibits
- Sun Prairie Pool Day and Adult Recess. More "Fun" Prairie highlights this week with a free day and "slide a mile" challenge at the Aquatic Center Saturday, which can make up for leaving the kids Friday when you play games at their Adult Recess
- Summer Evening on the Farm. In Waunakee Saturday evening, explore the farm and prairie, and enjoy free marshmallow roasting and music
- Ice Cream Cone Crawl. Sunday is National Ice Cream day, so the Chocolate Shoppes all over Madison have free mini cones and flavors to taste and nine locations!
- Sidewalk Strolls. Wander for deals and fun sidewalk sales for State Street's Maxwell St. Days (7/18-21), Middleton's Summer Stroll (7/19-20), Monroe Street's Summer sales (7/20) , and the opening of OIbrich's Blooming Butterflies
