Join in the messy, colorful fun that is the one and only Color Splash Party on July 27 at the end (12:30pm-1pm) of our Kids Fest event. The full Kids Fest event is from 10am-1pm.
Kids Fest is a free event that brings the community together for some fun - there will be museum exhibits, music, bubbles, food trucks, and a grand finale Color Splash party!
At the Color Splash Party participants splash colorful chalk all over one another by throwing “Splash Packs”. “Splash Packs” are small porous muslin bags filled with colorful chalk powder. Color Splash party participants throw the “Splash Packs” at one another to cover each other in beautiful hues of color!

Color Splash Entrance Ticket Information
- CHILD (1-18 years) Color Splash Entrance $10 (only $5 for an adult ticket!)
- A "Child Color Splash Entrance Ticket" is for participants ages 0-18 years old and includes a wristband to be admitted to the Color Splash party, a pair of sunglasses, a Kids Fest t-shirt in the size of your choosing, and THREE "splash packs". Each "splash pack" can be thrown up to 15 times during the Color Splash party!

- Ticket prices will increase to $15 per child if purchased on the day of event!

Kids Fest and the Color Splash Party event is a FUNdraiser. Explore Children’s Museum is a 501(c)3 non profit organization. Our funding is community based and visitor supported. Every dollar you spend at Explore Children’s Museum and at our events goes directly towards our operation and maintenance costs, ensuring that we can continue to provide the best play based learning experience possible.
