Every week, Macaroni KID Madison highlights ideas to do with kids in the Madison area. Click the links for all the details. To kick off the new year we've got a new partner at New Mornings Nursery's open house, plus:
1. Finish break strong. With schools starting this week, check out more of our cool weather adventure ideas, especially since it's not too cold (yet).
2. Stamp it. Fitchburg's got a fun stamp making craft Tuesday, and an earlier story time.
3. New library to explore. Oregon's library has a grand opening Thursday with snacks, scavenger hunt, photo booth, and more - and Saturday Sauk City has a winter wonderland party with a movie, craft, and snack.
4. Winter Farmer's Market East - Kid Disco West. The Dane County Farmer's Market starts the late winter location in one of our favorite spots at Garver Fee Mill Saturday, and the Great Dane Hilldale has the first of a few Kid Disco parties - this one is superhero themed.
5. Weekend Walks. Dane County Parks has the first chance to try snowshoes (also a nice spot to hike) Sunday, or if you're not as into nature, stroll down Monroe Street Friday for their First Fridays specials
